
I discovered powerlifting just as gyms opened after Covid, and fell in love with strength training. I started competing and found a supportive and motivating community of other lifters.
As a woman, I found it so empowering to feel strong and capable, and it gave me confidence which has benefited every aspect of my life.
Lifting weights and training has changed my life and given me so much, and that is why I became a Personal Trainer. I want to use my experience to help others to feel strong and confident, both in their body and mind.

An experienced gym and class instructor, I have completed both Level 3 Personal Training and Level 3 Nutrition and Dietary Planning courses. Since becoming a personal trainer, I've trained men and women of all ages and fitness levels - including people who have never lifted weights before to athletes with years in the gym.
